Bellamy Room
SPALDING’S LEADING BUSINESS VENUE The David Bellamy Community Room is one of Spalding's leading small business venues. It hosts state of the art technology and has been designed and built to the highest standards offering full accessibility, modern comfort and professional surroundings for meetings and training sessions. The multi-purpose room can be tailored to meet individual requirements and can be configured in many different formats holding from 2-40 delegates. Resources include an Interactive Whiteboard with a ceiling mounted projector for presentations, DVD and Video through the whiteboard, flipcharts and four on-line computers with printing and photocopying facilities. Refreshments are available as standard and cold/hot buffets can be provided upon request. The facility can be hired on an hourly, half day or full day basis and is available for hire during the week as well as evenings and weekends. Standard hire costs include: - Room Hire Charges
- Standard technical equipment for the room – including interactive whiteboard, LCD projector, flipchart and projector.
- Water on the table.
